NARS NARSissist Loaded Eyeshadow Palette REVIEW + SWATCHES

Hey beauties! Today I am talking about something that I am super excited about and its the Limited Edition NARS NARSissist Loaded Eyeshadow Palette. I have already fallen so much in love with it!! Trust me, I have resisted my urge to buy this palette for a long long time, but I finally caved in just because it is such a well put together palette and I know for sure, I am going to get a lot of use out of this palette. I also feel, this the best neutral palette that NARS has come out with. The shadow quality is outstanding.

The mirrored packaging itself is very sturdy and ultra chic. The palette is about the size of my palm. The names of all the eyeshadows are listed at the back of the palette which is very nice. It has a full size mirror. The lid can be a little tricky to open and first, but once you get the hang of it, it is no longer an issue.

Price and Availability:

The Palette retails for $59 and is limited-edition. It is still available at Sephora and Nars Cosmetics. If you are a neutrals lover and like a palette which has a mix of both cool and warm shades then go for it!!

Is it worth the Price?

  • The colors are gorgeous but they are very dupable. You can find most of these tones in other palettes.
  • There is a very dark brown that can be used to smoke out the crease so IMO to include Reale (black satin) was unnecessary.
  • No denying, shadows are very blendable and the pigmentation is phenomenal.
  • Beautiful sturdy packaging  with shade names listed at the back of the palette, it also has a  full size mirror included which is a big thumbs up for me.
  • A good mix of both warm and cool shades and you can create very light daytime look and take it to a really smoky night time look.
  • I think that if you are someone who is into the orange eyeshadow trend, but do not want to go the full route, and prefer muted hues instead, then this would be a great choice for you.
  • I also feel from NARS point of view the price is perfect.

Overall thoughts, I like this palette and do think it is something to look into if you like the shades in it. What do you think?  Is it a buy or is it a pass?
