The Heat is on..the heat is o-on! Brace the summer heat with the new released Naked palette from Urban Decay called Naked Heat Palette!  It is newest palette in the Naked family featuring 12 amber-hued neutrals. Its an absolute warm lovers dream with colors like burgundy, burnt orange-y browns, warm browns, coppers and red toned browns. The gorgeous toasty & fiery colors do not disappoint!

Packaging:

It is a very cove-table packaging that is very similar to the Naked Smokey Palette. It has a acrylic plastic packaging with a large mirror. The palette has a magnetic secure closure. The cardboard sleeve it comes in is shaped and designed like a matchbox. I really love the packaging. IT’S HOT!

double-ended Brush:

  1. Ounce (ivory shimmer)

Pros

  • A plus for pigmentation
  • Barely any Fall Out
  • The shadow formula is very silky and blendable
  • Can create a perfect specific warm shadow look very easily
  • There is a good mixture of both warm mattes and shimmers (4 shimmers and 8 mattes)
  • Can get a really nice gradient eye look using the shades.
  • These colors are so on trend

Cons:

  • I wish there was brighter richer gold and a couple contrast colors.
  • Very dupe-able and the question is do you really need another warm brown palette?
  • Most of the colors look the same on the lid.

My Thoughts:

I’m always drawn to warm toned shades. I absolutely love this palette and think its stunning!! I love the idea of having all warm color scheme in one palette. I’m definitely going to be playing around with these fiery shades a lot in the coming summer months. They are so easy to work with and blend like a dream. I have played with my palette many times now and really like how these colors look on me. I have also had no problem with the lasting power of the shadows. They wore well on me all day long.  Are you going to be getting this palette?? Let me know your thoughts about it, down in the comment section 🙂
